Job Shadowing
Individuals enrolled in career planning meet with business people in their field of interest to observe and learn about the work firsthand.
Job Tryouts
It’s a win-win situation. Our client has the opportunity to try out a job for 4 hours on average and you get free help, under the supervision of Job Point staff.

Interns have traditionally completed extensive skills training in office technology, residential construction, highway/heavy construction, HVAC or certified nursing assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to fulfill your business needs, while allowing individuals to gain valuable work experience. Internships may include 3rd party funding.

In some instances, reimbursement is available to employers for costs incurred during a specified training period. Be sure to ask about this cost saving benefit.
Hiring Graduates
You can count on us to refer applicants who meet your work specifications. Our assessment process determines if an individual can perform the essential functions of the position. A successful job match makes all the difference.

If an individual requires tailored assistance in adjusting to his/her new job, additional supervision and training is provided by Job Point staff at no cost to you. This service helps ensure continuity in your established workflow.
