Job: Rehabilitation Services Manager

The Manager of Rehabilitation is responsible for supervising the Rehabilitation Services unit, monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of each location. S/he provides leadership for personnel assigned to the Rehabilitation unit, ensuring the provision and quality of services. S/he is accountable for the achievement of performance indicators, management of program budget, management of office operations, and coordinating timely completion of reports required for operation. The Manager may at times be responsible for a caseload of consumers and assisting them in developing a plan to meet employment objectives. The Rehabilitation Services Manager ensures full consumer participation in his/her program and that services are provided in an orderly, purposeful and timely manner. S/he is also responsible for tracking, reporting and documentation of the consumer’s progress.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, rehabilitation or related field with five (5) relevant work experience. Related work experience may be substituted for educational qualifications.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class E Missouri driver’s license within 30 days of employment and possess an excellent driving record.
• Must have or be able to obtain certification in First Aid, CPR and Positive Supports Training within 60 days of employment.
