Job: Advisor

Responsible for coordinating all services to consumers assigned to their caseload.  Assists persons served in developing plan to meet employment objectives.  The Advisor ensures consumer participation in his/her program and that services are provided in an orderly, purposeful and timely manner. The Advisor is also responsible for intra- and interagency referrals for service and tracking, reporting and documentation of the consumer’s progress.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field from a certified university, and experience in case management. Related work experience may be substituted for educational qualifications.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class E Missouri driver’s license within 30 days of employment and possess an excellent driving record.
• Must have or be able to obtain certification in First Aid, CPR and Positive Supports Training within 60 days of employment.
