Offered every Thursday morning at 9:00 am. The Tests of Basic Adult Education (TABE) is an academic-based, nationwide assessment of basic skills that adults need to succeed, both on the job and in life. Testing provides a picture of where students are at academically when they apply for enrollment and where more academic support or study may be needed.
CNA students complete only the reading test. All other students will take Reading, Mathematics Computation and Mathematics Application.
The Reading test is 50 minutes long. Mathematics Computation is 24 minutes long and Mathematics Application is 50 minutes long.
